The staff were really helpful and spoke English well. A great place to stay.

We arrived around midnight and reception was still open. The staff were helpful, quick, and spoke English. Our modern room was clean and big enough for two adults and two kids. The downsides were the paid, expensive breakfast and parking, and windows that could only be opened for ventilation.

We had to move rooms because we were first given the wrong one. The bathroom wasn't clean, and even things like a hair dryer had to be requested at reception. The internet didn't work at all, and breakfast wasn't enjoyable or a good selection. My cappuccino had sour milk. The hotel has a modern style and good parking, but that's all I can say in its favor.

8/10
The room temperature was the big problem. It was really cold, which was especially hard since I'd arrived with a fever and a cold. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the bathroom water was hot, and I found the service good. Breakfast was very good, though mushrooms showed up in most dinners during my three weeks there, about 95% of them.

Breakfast was the real surprise, with a huge range of food for just 20 PLN, about 5€. The receptionist was very friendly, and the little hotel had a clean, quiet room. The shower could've been cleaner, but it was OK.
