The rooms and bathrooms are at a high standard after the refurbishment, and some are as nice as those in four-star hotels or apartments. For a two-star hotel, though, the price feels a bit high. There was a smell from the water or pipes, but I think they'll sort it out once the full refurbishment is done. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend it.

We had a pretty nice suite, and I can see the hotel returning to its former glory, though there's still a way to go. They're renovating a lot of areas at the moment. The Café was closed for renovations, so we couldn't book breakfast. Maybe we'll come back sometime and see it.

The beds were awkward and the pillows weren't comfortable. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, and this was the worst for me. The hotel needs to refurbish its rooms. The staff, though, were lovely and helpful. I didn't try breakfast.

A family kind of place with great people. It's really comfortable and luxurious by Bytom standards. You can't expect much from this city, yet Bristol delivers. It has its charms.

Otherwise a reasonable place, but the carpet in the rooms and corridors was rotten and awfully dirty. It gave me a sore throat and a cough.
