There’s a restaurant in the same building, and shops, a sports field, tennis courts and a park are all nearby. Ania, who runs the hotel, is a lovely lady. It’s a very pleasant place.

Ania looks after the guests so well that they have everything they need. The welcome from the staff is warm, with a smile that makes a real difference. The small restaurant is open for hotel guests, and the reception is there for any questions. The hotel is quiet, clean and pleasant, just a short walk from the bus stop on Łużycka Street in Bytom. Definitely worth recommending.

We came on someone’s recommendation, but the service was awful. We paid in advance, then sat at an empty table for three hours waiting for our order. The waiters seemed surprised we’d ordered at all, and when the food finally came, it was the wrong order. The food was okay, but that doesn’t make up for service like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ania, who takes care of the place, is such a warm, friendly person. The restaurant downstairs is a big plus, and there’s a shop and stadium close by. I like staying here: the rooms are clean, cozy and well cared for, and the staff are friendly. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Best wishes, I’ll gladly come back. 🙂
