The service was so poor that we never got to use the SPA. After driving more than an hour in snowy weather, we were greeted by a very rude receptionist, and there wasn't even anywhere to sit while we waited. There was no queue system and no way to book ahead. It felt like the place wanted to look upscale, but the experience was deeply disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The staff couldn't have done more for us, and we loved the pool and sauna area. It was an impressive place to unwind. Our room was spotless, the food was great, and the setting was beautiful. We had a really relaxing time and will definitely come back.

Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast too. The location worked perfectly for a relaxing weekend. We also spent time unwinding in the lovely pool and spa. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everyone at Ostoja Chobienice made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't find a fault with this hotel. The food in the restaurant was cooked perfectly, and the Spa and Pool were out of this world, such a relaxing place. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

We came for our company's annual meeting, and some colleagues had travelled a long way. We wanted to check in early so we could get ready after the journey before the conference, but the hotel made that impossible. When you're hosting a large delegation, you need to be flexible.
