The apartment had plenty of space, a big fridge, a drip coffee maker with refills, dishwasher tablets, and a clean interior. We also liked the large terrace overlooking Giewont. But the staff's attitude made the stay stressful, and we won't return. There were three of us for two nights, yet only two shower gel sachets, and the beds were narrow and uncomfortable. We were asked to wash the dishes, start the dishwasher, sort the rubbish, and take it out ourselves. Cleaning should be included in the price. They might as well have left us Domestos and asked us to clean the toilet and vacuum too. The residents were disgustingly rude. The woman checking us in didn't know how much the sauna cost and told us, "Oh, just put in 2 or 5 złoty and see how many minutes they charge you." There wasn't even any pricing information in the rules. Two days before we arrived, we were told to give our arrival time and warned that arriving after 9:00 PM would cost another 80 złoty. We were already worried traffic would keep us from getting back from Krakow in time. When we were leaving, the woman in charge kept calling to ask when we wanted to check out, as if she needed to know right away. It was hard to enjoy a peaceful vacation with all that going on.
