For one night, the room was comfortable enough, with fantastic bedding and towels and some nice bathroom toiletries. Still, for a 5-star hotel, I found it disappointing, though it could be a pleasant venue for an event away from the crowds or a spa stay. The room was very small, with no outlet near the TV or for plugging in the fan. There was no kettle or way to make tea or coffee in the room, so you have to go down to the restaurant or order room service, which isn't always possible or convenient, especially at night. The bathroom had nowhere much to set belongings, and no shelves or hooks for used towels, robes, or toiletry bags. Breakfast was a letdown: one tasty hot dish per person, plus a tiny buffet with little cold food, just three cheeses and three cold cuts, though there was a wide selection of cereals.
