Apartament na Granicy / Apartment on the border

The apartment looks out over the castle and river, and it’s right beside the border crossing, which makes the location very convenient. It’s spacious, well maintained, and has new furniture. Picking up the keys from a safe made check-in easy, and the owner was very friendly. I’ll definitely return if I’m in Cieszyn again.

The view from the windows takes in the Olza River, Castle Hill, Cieszyn's Nike, and the recently reconstructed tram. There’s lots of daylight, and the place feels clean, spacious, and full of good energy, with all the essentials. The tenement house staircase can feel gloomy when you first enter, but we took that as part of old Cieszyn’s atmosphere. Inside, it’s modern and comfortable, with a bathtub that I especially liked :) The helpful owner communicated well and quickly sorted out two minor issues.

Self-check-in worked really well, and the apartment comes with everything, including towels and a hairdryer. It’s modern and spacious, right by the Czech border, with lovely views from the window and around the area. The beds were uncomfortable, though, and it got cold at night. Parking is next to the building, but costs money on weekdays. There’s no elevator, so it isn’t wheelchair accessible.

Even if it rains, there’s plenty to do nearby: pubs, restaurants, a cinema, a museum, parks, playgrounds, and a theater. The apartment is right in the center, clean and comfortable, with original decor and all the household appliances you need. Netflix+ is a big plus. A really interesting place for a weekend!
