ibis Czestochowa

Everything was tidy and clean for my one-night stay, with fresh bed linen and no dust. Thanks, Ibis! The staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and they handed me the key card straight away. Just a note: the sockets have metal grounding pins, and one of my adapters didn't fit :)

My favorite hotel in Czestochowa, with an awesome breakfast and wonderful staff.

The hotel was spotless, and the service was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly wonderful.

I spent four weeks at Ibis Hotel Czestochowa. Having stayed at other hotels in Czestochowa and at Ibis locations around the world, I found this one had the worst service and standards. The good points were quick laundry service, tasty and affordable restaurant food, and efficient, accommodating housekeeping. They let me sleep in late on weekends, and the rooms were quiet for sleeping. There were ongoing WiFi slowdowns that weren't fixed promptly. Housekeeping didn't automatically leave fresh plastic laundry bags. Restaurant service fell short, especially outside, and system limitations meant I couldn't add restaurant bills to my room. There were no toilet brushes in the rooms, and staff wouldn't lend me one during my stay. Reception and the restaurant were often short-staffed, and some staff behaved unprofessionally and arrogantly. Because of that conduct, I didn't raise every problem with management. For the price, there are better options in Czestochowa with higher standards and friendlier service.
