The refurbished rooms were comfortable and very clean, and we had a nice visit that was worth trying. Breakfast had plenty of choice, though much of it wasn't very good quality. For a four-star hotel, the service could be more professional, and even the sauna and parking on a regular street cost extra. There's quite a bit of room for improvement.

The homemade chocolate-dipped cookies with jam at breakfast were irresistible, and the breakfast spread was generous. Alhambra is recently refurbished, with a modern feel, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A lovely hotel to stay in.

We had a really good time here. The restaurant served some very good food, and the staff were so friendly. We'll definitely come back!

We came back to Alhambra for the third time in nine years, and the great food and hospitality we found on our first visit are still here.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and both the food and service were great. For me, this is the best hotel in Ladek Zdroj.
