The rooms were very good and the hotel was decent, with a few cosmetic issues here and there. Overall, it’s the best value for money. The real problem is parking: there are two tiny lots, and finding street parking is a lottery.

The views are fantastic, and the location in Zakopane is really good. The hotel has a bit of an old-school Eastern European feel. Rooms are comfortable and the food is okay, though the gym equipment needs fixing, the coffee is pretty awful, and the shower water could be warmer. Housekeeping could put in a bit more effort too.

The bathrooms were clean, but they and the elevators both feel ready for renovation. For the price, I expected a bit more from the standard. Without a car, the location is only so-so, and the place gave me an 80s kind of feeling.

Good food at the restaurant, and our room was comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view of Giewont Mountain. Getting around the place felt like finding your way through a maze.
