Apartamenty Domino - Kościelisko

The location is excellent, and the view really is beautiful, but the apartment itself was a disappointment. We walked in to dust, crumbs, and dirt on the shelves and in the bathroom. There weren't enough towels, and some looked like they hadn't been freshened up. We could see the Wi-Fi network, but couldn't get online. The manager didn't know the router password, and the owner only said, “There should be one near the outlet.” We found the router, but there were no login details. It was also very hard to get hold of the staff. Replies were brief, sometimes brusque, and sometimes there was no answer at all. It looks good in photos and from the outside, but I can't recommend staying here.

The view from the window is wonderful, but the room in cottage two, number 6, is neglected and worn. The chairs were stained, and one fell apart like blocks under a person weighing 60 kilograms. Luckily, it wasn't a child sitting on it. The sofa was worn too. The sauna had no lighting, the kitchen had very few utensils, the dishes were chipped, and there were grease splatters on the walls. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the rooms were quite cold.

The Turnia apartment looks lovely inside, and the view is beautiful. That was about it for the good parts of our stay. Cleaning had been poor, with dust and dirt across the bathroom, living room, and bedrooms. Some of the towels had brown stains, and there was cigarette ash on the balconies. The listing said WiFi was available, but we couldn't use it because the owners didn't know the password. It was also difficult to contact them.

The Turnia apartment is modern and nicely furnished in a highlander style, and the location and view are great. But we found dirt throughout the place. The bathroom looked untouched by the cleaners, and there was dust, crumbs, and dirt in the rooms. Some towels weren't clean, and we didn't get complete sets. There was NO WIFI. The devices could see the network, but the manager didn't know the password and told us the router was somewhere in the apartment for us to find. As the owner/manager put it, “the router must be somewhere near an outlet, I don't know where exactly.” We found it, but there was no password on the bottom, and the owners didn't know it either, so guests couldn't use the Wi-Fi. Getting a response from the manager was difficult. When she did answer, she could be brusque and evasive. I definitely don't recommend this place.
