The grounds around the tiny houses were peaceful, and we liked having outdoor seating by our place. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Inside, the house suited us well enough: there were plenty of outlets and a fridge of a good size. The sofa was comfortable to sleep on but uncomfortable to sit on, and although there was room, we missed having a little table and a reading light beside it. We couldn't find recycling bins around the area, so all rubbish went into the single bin in the house. Wi-Fi there was very weak and mostly useless. Breakfast was decent, though nearly identical each day. Dinner wasn't for us. It had the same cold buffet as breakfast plus two hot dishes, which often looked unappealing and could be extremely oily, especially the potato pancakes. The Italian-themed dinner was the only one we actually enjoyed.

A very clean place with good security, secure parking for a few euros a day, and free Wi-Fi. The food was fresh, excellent, and offered plenty of choices for different diets. Staff were professional and friendly, with communication available in German and English. The entertainment included dance evenings, BBQs, live music, and more, and you could rent bicycles too. A great stay for people of any age. Highly recommended!

We booked half-board and ate our meals at the hotel, which I'll review separately. The ground-floor apartment was lovely and practical, and we felt comfortable there. Parking was ideal, though it cost extra. The mattress gap was quite large, and there was no air conditioning, only a fan.

I spent three weeks at Bursztyn Medical Spa & Wellness and would happily return. It's a quiet, atmospheric spot near the sea, with tasteful interiors and a cosy café that has a broad menu. There are a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Wellness & Spa salon, plus concerts, dancing, yoga, and other activities. The cuisine was excellent, as were the waitstaff under chef Dorotka. Service was professional, the staff courteous, and the customer care excellent. I recommend Bursztyn Medical Spa & Wellness to anyone wanting peace and relaxation by the Baltic Sea.

The food was delicious and varied, and parking was behind a gate. We spent a week here and enjoyed the great facilities, including the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Treatments are available too. We'd definitely come back.
