For travelers looking for a pretty lakeside spot, this is an easy place to spend a weekend or holiday. The rustic nautical theme, lake panorama and restaurant shaped like a ship all make a lovely impression. The food and drink selection are good, though the coffee could be hotter. You could book without hesitation for the setting alone. Management, I’m writing this as someone who spends around 60% of his time in hotels and stayed here for several weeks. The staff are friendly, polite and usually quick, so this is feedback for management, not a complaint about them. There’s a lot going well, but more guidance and consistency would help the place feel polished. Some small things vary from day to day. I found new water bottles in my room each day, but coffee was sometimes missing, sometimes served with milk and sometimes without. The bed was made on some visits and left untouched on others. Towels left on the hanger were taken away. Some are torn and could be replaced. A new white toilet brush for each room costs 99 cents, and could be swapped out when needed. Room 4 has a broken fridge door. My window stayed shut because of mosquitoes, but a cheap bug screen would let guests open it. The lobby sometimes smells of the kitchen, and drinks at reception should be kept available and topped up. The terrace has ashtrays, but I often had to ask for them at the restaurant terrace. Other guests put cigarettes out in cups or flowers, or throw them on the beach. Tables should be cleaned more often and given a fresh tablecloth after each guest. The restaurant is uneven. Some dishes are excellent, others only good, even though I tried everything on the menu. Garnishes and plating change from one day to another, so standardizing the presentation and taste would help. When I ordered a cappuccino alone in the evening, it came cold. The coffee maker should be preheated. For gin and tonic, open a fresh tonic bottle for each new guest, or mark the date and time and discard it after 24 hours. I also discovered Lubusky Gin and liked it. Promote Polish products more and be proud of that heritage. I love the theme and the view, and consider the staff and management my friends. Please don’t be angry with them or with me. Quiet spot just around the corner from Dąbrowa, with good value and a cozy design. The restaurant terrace has a charming view. Some rooms also face the view, though they have a window only and no balcony. Still nice.

The hotel looks nice and there’s always parking, but it was horribly managed. We paid so much for one night that we expected a five-star experience, and it barely felt like one star. It was 35 degrees, with no AC or room fans. We had to leave the windows open overnight, then workers woke us at 6am while setting up scaffolding and painting right outside, looking into our room. They talked loudly and swore constantly. The fridge barely worked, and although the hotel is right by the lake, swimming is prohibited. Staff need to cheer up, as some wouldn’t even return a good morning. The restaurant was a disgrace. There were only seven people, yet service took ages. My soup arrived within 25 minutes while the rest of my family waited another 20 minutes watching me eat. Breakfast on the terrace was nice, but more staff swearing made it hard to enjoy. The restaurant windows need washing, there were spiders hanging there, and something needs to be done about all the flies.

The terrace view and location are perfect, and the staff were kind, professional and helpful. They even accommodated a personal request and made a customized drink. A few foods were below average and others just okay: the salmon and pork loin were good, but the tagliatelle was poor. There are nice views to enjoy with a little food and drink. Several areas and facilities are under construction and closed.
