Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences, Zakopane

The pool area, sauna, and steam room were good, and there were plenty of families and kids around. It's a very clean, modern hotel with a great breakfast, either buffet or à la carte. You can rent skis and snowboards right in the lobby, and there's a secure room to store them.

It was easy to feel at home in this calm, welcoming place. The apartments are roomy, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff are polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, about five minutes on foot from the main street and roughly 15 minutes from the train station. Having a spa and pool on site is a real plus for relaxing after a day in the mountains.

The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which made our four nights stress-free. Our apartment at the Radisson Blu in Zakopane was superb, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The Kids Club was a big hit with our little ones, and the pool and jacuzzi were great for unwinding after exploring. Breakfast was decent and a nice start to the day. Krupówki is only a short distance away. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially as a family, and highly recommend it.

After the hotel's response: Unfortunately, the reply still didn't address the main problem. Reception staff gave us misleading information with complete confidence, and instead of acknowledging that, the hotel denied responsibility. That's disappointing and below what I'd expect from a hotel at this level. **** A fake five-star hotel with dishonest parking information. At reception, we were told outdoor parking was 50 PLN per night and the garage was 90 PLN. Because of that false information, we left the car outside in an uncleared, snow-covered lot rather than in the garage. In the morning, we had to clear the snow off the car ourselves, then still paid an overpriced parking fee. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming five-star status. Misleading guests and poor service. Never again.
