There’s free parking right in front, and the hotel is good value for the money. The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff work hard, covering both checkouts and the kitchen. If you’re not expecting a Hilton-style room at this price, you’ll be happy here. In winter the room gets cold quickly because the windows aren’t fully airtight and the heating doesn’t keep it comfortable. The short curtains don’t close tightly enough to darken the room, and you can hear other rooms. In the morning, our room smelled of fresh lunches from the kitchen below. Bring your own hairdryer.

The staff were friendly and attentive when we could find them. The bed was made, there was shampoo and soap in the bathroom, and the water was warm without dripping on your head. That’s about where the positives end. The meals were terrible, and the decor felt overwhelming. Everything looked tired, cracked, and dirty, with assorted things piled up gathering dust. Inside and out, including the rooms, the building still feels like the communist era. It’s surrounded by an industrial zone, which doesn’t make for a pleasant atmosphere. It isn’t cheap either, since you can find places for as little as 99 złoty. I have mixed feelings and am not sure I’d recommend it. Three stars.

I’ve been trying to get an invoice for my paid stay for three weeks. When I was still there, the employee couldn’t find it. Since then, each time I call, I’m told my boss will be back, or that it’ll be tomorrow, and so on.

There’s no ventilation, and fried food smells drift in from the restaurant by the main entrance and the stairs to the upper floors. We also heard the main entrance door banging constantly, even from our first-floor room. It only got quiet once the restaurant closed. In the morning, the cleaning staff were loud and kept waking us, though guests were still sleeping and nobody seemed to notice. The property sits in a typical industrial neighborhood surrounded by large companies. A disaster ☹️
