Apartamenty Sun & Snow Royal Tulip

We left on the second day. The room wasn’t very clean, with stains on the carpet, and the staff seemed unfriendly, almost grumpy. We’d booked a luxury suite for four adults, but there was just one bathroom and a couch set up in the middle of the living room, which was really inconvenient. We’d also paid 320 euros to book the New Year’s Eve party. Even after we showed our booking, they told us they didn’t care what we’d reserved. We were left to sit in the restaurant for five hours listening to music. We could have sat and eaten there without booking, so the payment felt like it was for nothing.

The restaurant was excellent, really top level. The hotel itself has a long way to go, though. It says there’s a gym, but with only a couple of machines, I wouldn’t call it one.

The restaurant and breakfast were great, and I liked the spa and fitness area too. The rooms were very good, and the hotel is well located. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke several languages. Prices felt very European :)

The outside looks modern and attractive, but indoors it feels old, and the rooms are dated. The worst part is that our whole family caught a virus there, so we’re all sick now. I wouldn’t go there with young kids.
