The location is fantastic: it's a 20-minute walk to the pier and lighthouse, while a Żałka grocery store, restaurant and kebab shop are only five minutes away. The ground-floor apartment was clean, cozy and well priced, with Wi-Fi and a TV offering lots of channels. Getting into the gate and apartment building uses codes, and the entrance gate is remote-controlled. On-site parking costs extra. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. There's also an iron and ironing board, and pretty much everything else you need.

The listing photos and the actual place were miles apart. This barely felt like an apartment, and it was in awful shape: dirty floors, a dried-out mop in the bathroom, a shower I didn't want to use, and towels marked with discolored stains. Our children walked around in socks covered with what looked like bedbug shells. When we arrived, it seemed both they and we had probably been bitten. I can't recommend this place.

For the price, it was decent. The balcony got afternoon sun and underground parking could be booked. I had reserved Baltica 6, though, and was placed in another building. Watch out for the very slippery bathroom tiles.

The promised panoramic apartment on the fourth floor turned out to be a ground-floor place, with a wall right outside the window and a sign for "brake systems and other car repairs." It was a nightmare for me. The apartment was unpleasant and terribly unclean, and its condition and standard fell far short of what you'd expect. I absolutely don't recommend this company for apartment bookings.
