Q Apartamenty

Really top quality.

We found our room in a terrible state. There were cobwebs in the corners and dust all over the room, a smelly kettle, hair in the sheets, a clogged shower drain, and even butter residue on the cutlery. My wife and I had the misfortune of staying there. I could have understood a mix-up or that the room had been missed during cleaning, and I wouldn't have left a review just for that. The owner's response was what made me leave one. He called the next day and spoke with us for nearly ten minutes without once acknowledging the dirt or saying a simple sorry. Instead, he said his apartments were top-notch and that our review was insulting. Then he cancelled our Booking.com reservation, claiming we hadn't arrived at the property. His rudeness deserves a rating below zero, but since that's not possible, this is already more than he deserves. We'll never stay there again.

The area was peaceful, and getting to the centre of Wrocław was straightforward. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well equipped, with a Żabka nearby. There was free, gated parking too. When I reported that there was no hot water, they responded right away. I recommend it 😊

We came back because this had been a place I could really recommend, but something seems to have gone wrong since then. We arrived with a small child and found room 103 in a state that's hard to describe as anything but a mess. There was hair on the bedding, dust on the walls, furniture and counters, and the kettle was so heavily scaled that I was afraid to boil water for us, let alone for the child. The bathroom was supposedly clean, but the toilet wasn't. There was more hair on the faucet and walls, and the shower wouldn't drain. The radiator also left a lot to be desired. I don't know whether the cleaning staff are doing their jobs properly. There was even food residue on the cutlery. The rooms are modern and nice, but cleanliness is essential, and a modern interior can't hide this.
