The quiet setting and nearby pine forest made for lovely walks, and the beach was close too, though the paved route we took with the stroller was about 1 km. The cottages were clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. Each one had a stone barbecue, a kitchen with a two-burner hob, and a fridge with a freezer. There were two rooms with doors that lock, which meant the kids could go to bed while we watched a movie in the living room or relaxed on the veranda. Outside, there was a swing and a bench with a lounge set. The small playground had a playhouse, a swing, and a big trampoline. The owners were helpful and flexible, and we had a wonderful holiday. We found the practical bits really useful with a toddler: a brush for sand, a brand new mop head, an iron, a hairdryer, and a clothesline for wet beach things. The bathroom's electric heater dried towels quickly. There were mosquito nets on the windows, so we could leave them open without worrying about bugs, and the WiFi worked well. The kitchen had plates, pots, glasses, a water carafe, and a coffee pot. The owner had found some beautiful amber pieces on a nearby beach, and also sold handmade amber jewelry at very good prices. I highly recommend the place.

We rented two neighboring houses for the whole family and would gladly come back. The landlord was incredibly friendly, easy to reach by phone or WhatsApp, and offered helpful ideas for local sights and restaurants. Communication in English or with a translator worked easily. The internet was good, though there was no German TV.

We have really fond memories of this resort. It's a peaceful place to get away from city noise, with a forest trail network for hiking and cycling close by. The Baltic beach is beyond the forest, about 850 meters away, and you can see Hel from there at night. The cottages were in good shape and well equipped. Each has a concrete grill out front, and the ones numbered 1 to 4 have terraces that are great for lying in the sun or having a drink throughout the day. There's also a fridge with a small freezer, big enough for two bottles of alcohol. One small suggestion: a capsule coffee machine would fit nicely on the kitchenette counter. Thanks to Mr. Paweł, the very friendly owner, for being so understanding and patient. Next time we'll try not to break the cottage key.

Clean inside, and pets are welcome, which we liked. It’s a lovely spot for a short break, with about a 400-meter walk through the forest to the beach.
