The spa was a lovely way to unwind after skiing, and the meals were generous, tasty, and typically Polish. It’s a nice little hotel, though the water could jump from cold to hot in a second.

The chef is fantastic, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It felt homely, too. The rooms, service, and location all deserve five stars. Best wishes from room 3, Ewelina.

Being able to bring our cat was a big deal for us, since that’s still unusual, and Ski&Spa Zieleniec Hotel had no problem with it. We felt looked after by the kind, helpful staff from arrival through our last day, and the location near the slopes worked especially well for families with kids. The chef was wonderful, both knowledgeable and very good at his job. Breakfast and dinner were varied, carefully made, and delicious. I’m especially grateful for the final dinner before we left. It sounded absolutely delicious, though sadly I didn’t get to try it myself. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back. The food, service, and welcoming feel made it a place I’d recommend.
