Versant Hotel & Spa

The interiors are nice and the staff were polite, but the service felt a bit unprofessional. The training room setup was supposed to start before 7pm, but it didn’t. I was then asked to come shortly before 9pm, and it still wasn’t ready. Two staff members helped me get it set up in the end. Then the owner arrived with a serious expression and, instead of saying hello, reprimanded me for not covering her nice tables with cloths. I felt scolded and asked her to be friendlier. She didn’t respond to that, only said she had to protect her things. Later, around 20 minutes after that, I said goodnight to the waiter and the owner as they were nearby. The waiter answered politely, but she turned her back and said nothing. I have to stay here for two days now, but these will be my last. Never again. Don’t come here.

It feels like a little piece of Provence in Poland, and it’s close to Wroclaw. Prices are very reasonable, the cuisine is great, and the rooms are nice. The hotel also has a modern, comfortable spa. The staff were friendly and professional. I’d recommend it.

The staff were a real help throughout my week here, always ready to lend a hand. I also slept well in a clean room with a comfortable bed, which was just what I needed on a work trip. The hotel is quiet, nicely located, and has good parking. One thing to know: the cat is part of the hotel, so leave him in peace. I really liked the place.

The spa was relaxing, the breakfast was wonderful, and everyone on staff was lovely. It was very clean too. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.
