Cristal Spa

We’ve stayed at Crystal spa four times now, and this time we came in the off-season, in February/march. All the shops were shut, but we loved having the empty beach right there. We had an apartment. It was clean, very nice, and had what our family of four needed, including a kitchen, though it could use a few more dishes. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and nice, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. The staff were always friendly, helpful, easy to talk to, and available. We also really liked the massages and pedicure at the spa. Some things could be improved. The little playroom had old, sometimes broken toys and no windows. Outside, the playground toys were damaged in the sand, and even a ladder was broken, so it needs more care. Breakfast was basic but okay, though lots of items had no labels and we didn’t know what they were. The coffee was horrible and needs work, and the juice and drinks too, I’d rather have real juice. Dinner was good and okay in quality, but the food was rarely labeled, so we had to ask or guess what was on offer.
