The gentleman made a good breakfast, and it's a lovely place with potential. Still, there were cobwebs and dust in the room, it smelled musty, and it got cold at night, though thankfully there was a heater. The older owner is nice, but unfortunately seems to be having trouble keeping things together.

The rooms are tidy and decent for a 2-star place, and the breakfast is filling and delicious. There's parking on site. The building sits in a courtyard near the city's main roundabout, so you don't hear street noise. The problem is the price: 400 PLN/night is what I'd expect for a 4-star hotel.

Hello. I wouldn't recommend this. In May of this year I booked two double rooms and asked the manager whether I needed to pay a deposit. He said no, just cash at check-in, so I thought the booking was secure. It turned out nobody knew about it except me. I called today to confirm, and the manager claimed I'd called to cancel, which I hadn't. I was left hanging. Not taking deposits is exactly how you cheat people, and I'm sure this is a scam.

We spent a weekend at the guesthouse, and I'd rate it satisfactory, with a minus. The breakfasts were delicious. The downsides were the old communist-era decor, cold water because the gas heaters weren't working, and traffic noise in the rooms facing the street near reception.
