Klub Kasyno

The staff really go out of their way to look after you. We had a great stay last year and hoped to come back during the WRC this year, but unfortunately it was fully booked.

There was parking and the breakfast was standard, but I can’t recommend this place. In room no. 3 we tried to sleep on a squeaky bed with a soft, worn-out mattress. The towels were in awful shape, as if they’d been used to mop the floor. There was no table or chair, no kettle, glasses or cutlery, and no kitchen or even a refrigerator. The toilet was loose in the bathroom. The owner was only available when we arrived to take payment. I don’t know how this place was given 3 stars.

July 2019. There isn’t really a restaurant here. The casino provides accommodation with breakfast only, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. My ratings out of 5: parking 5, mattress and bedding 4, breakfast 4, room size 3, value for money 3, and room acoustics 2.

The service was friendly, and the rooms were clean with fresh-smelling bedding. Still, an electric kettle and mugs would be a welcome addition, since it’s nice to have tea before bed sometimes :) In the attic rooms, watch your head around the shabby logs and planks that sometimes run across the middle of the room.
