There’s a big children’s corner in the lobby bar, plus a large garden playground with a roomy playhouse. The beach is about 100 meters from the hotel garden, and the restaurant was a highlight for us: we ate there every day, with plenty of choice, including vegan dishes, and the food was excellent. It’s a good hotel for families with kids. The rooms feel modern and are clean, though a little maintenance could be needed here and there.

We had a nice spa weekend at Neptuno in March, and the kids’ playroom was amazing. The hotel is small but cozy, and our room was clean and pleasant. Meals were tasty and varied, with cute plates and spoons for children. A couple of things didn’t work so well for me. It was hard to book a massage around the timetable, and I didn’t enjoy the massage itself. It felt too light, and there wasn’t even relaxing music. The reception staff’s English or German could also be better. Still, we liked our weekend and plan to return. Thank you!

The staff were friendly, and the bike rental was good and inexpensive. Our ground-floor room had a large window opening onto an outdoor space with a small table and chairs, which was lovely. It was clean and pleasant, though the basic room really is small. The hotel sits just behind the dune, about a five-minute slow walk from the beach, and a little way from the so-called center. Breakfast was nice, while the buffet dinner, which we booked with the room, was average.

The reception area has a cozy, home-style look, and I liked it. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean but a bit small. There’s a nice playground, and renting bikes with children’s seats and helmets was really convenient. I just wish it cost less.

The food was tasty, good quality, and had a homemade feel. There were lots of things for kids, and the place is animal friendly. The premium rooms are lovely, and the lobby is decorated with care and feels inviting. The owners were always smiling and looked after the details, while the service was friendly. We felt like part of the family and definitely want to come back.
