Shellter City Apartments

Beautifully designed hotel, with amazing views and great food and drinks. One of the best hotels by the Baltic Sea.

The buffet has very few vegan choices. We were told there were options, but that really meant bread, sliced capsicum, and oat milk. Staff kindly went out of their way to make us special meals, and those dishes were delicious. It was a shame they weren't part of the regular buffet, since I think lots of guests would enjoy them. There were some communication problems, and the variety of the meals they prepared for us dwindled during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and easy beach access. The gym is modern, the saunas are properly heated, and I appreciated that dogs are welcome.

We had a great Easter weekend at Shellter Hotel, and the breakfast buffet, pool, gym and kids club were all highlights. The hotel had only just opened, so I understand it takes a while for routines to settle in. We'll definitely come back more often. At first, though, we were disappointed that the extra bed for our daughter hadn't been put in our room. We arrived at midnight and had to keep the kids awake while they took quite a while to sort it out. They made it up to us with a big discount, probably worth more than a night's stay. Thank you!

We were there on opening day and had so much fun :) Great spa, fitness room, squash and pools, plus a breakfast that was wow. Thanks, keep it up!
