I couldn’t get hold of the owner, either by phone or text, and that made an already awful stay feel frightening. The whole apartment had no lights. I was sitting in the dark, helpless, and couldn’t charge my phone to contact anyone or call for help if there was an emergency. With no power, I couldn’t use the bathroom or make food either. The lack of basic facilities and any response left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here.

The location is the only reason I’m giving it two stars. The rooms are cramped, stuffy, hot, and smell unpleasant; opening the window brings in enough outside noise to disrupt your rest. There’s nowhere for even a small wardrobe besides the two beds, and the bedding isn’t good. The bathroom looks like the best part until you find the shower door coming off and no soap. I wouldn’t recommend it.

For a week I’ve been trying to get invoices for my stays and have had no luck. The apartment staff blocked my number. I expect the invoices by tomorrow, or I’ll report this to the tax office. This kind of behavior is outrageous.

We’d booked two rooms, but only got access to one, with no information about the second. The owner couldn’t be reached by phone or message, and even after repeated attempts to contact them and Booking.com, nobody responded. Late that evening we were told to find somewhere else. Booking.com helped us locate two rooms at another place at the last minute, but we were left without support or information in an unfamiliar town. After our short stay in the apartment, we also found a full trash can. This was irresponsible and disrespectful. We expect an immediate explanation and appropriate compensation from the owner.
