The natural park nearby is a great place for walks and wildlife, and this hotel worked well for me outside the city centre. It was my second visit to Warsaw and my first stay in Falenty, and I really enjoyed it. The property is large and very clean. Staff welcomed me in English when I arrived, and Peter and Paulina checked me in. They and the other staff, whose names I didn’t catch, greeted me with smiles throughout my stay. My room was spotless, with comfortable beds that I pushed together. Tania, my cleaning lady, greeted me warmly every day and kept everything immaculate. It was lovely to come back to a neatly made bed with fresh sheets. I also had great meals at the restaurant. Tatiana made perfect mojitos behind the bar, and my server Mateus was always polite and got my order right. The service was friendly all around. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Warsaw.

The shared spaces are huge, though our room was on the small side. We couldn't use the pool since it was closed. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

We used the hotel as a base for Warsaw trips and stayed three nights, as a family of two adults and two children. It was well maintained, with friendly staff, and the rooms were cleaned every day, towels replaced, and everything kept tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the extra bed we requested was fine. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and well organized. Parking was included in our Triverna offer. There’s a pool and sauna on site. The pool could have been warmer, though switching between it and the sauna was no problem. The lifeguard was a very nice gentleman, a 10/10. I would have liked a small play area for the kids, unless I simply missed it.
