We brought our kids along on a recent business trip to Warszawa, and had such a great stay. The breakfast was out of this world, and the hospitality was phenomenal. The staff took wonderful care of all of us, especially the older Ukrainian lady. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

The hotel was pretty nice, but the receptionist was extremely rude to me.

The rooms were unsanitary, and the staff were arrogant.

There’s potential here, but guest service and basic repairs urgently need attention. The room’s power sockets didn’t work, which was a real inconvenience. Staff seemed incompetent and unwilling to help, and the owner was rude, accusing the students of behaving badly even though the night had been very quiet. The hotel isn’t suitable for school trips. I’m not stopping anyone from staying, but expect to have to argue with the owner. On the surface, the rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained, and the bathroom was too. That’s where the good points ended for us.
