The staff were friendly and spoke at least Polish and German. The location was very good, the rooms were large and comfortable with balconies, and the food was good. The wine and beer selection was reasonable. I also appreciated how quiet the room fridge was. For a three-star hotel at this price, it was better than I expected. A few small drawbacks: there wasn’t much vegan food at breakfast, though vegetarian choices were okay; the shower pressure was poor; and the coffee was bad. There’s good coffee at Water Tower Cafe, a three-minute walk from the hotel.

I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with that grand view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly, the dinner and breakfast were good, the price was low, and there were plenty of rental bikes. The interior is starting to look dated and the rooms aren’t very modern, but when I left, I nodded to myself that it had been okay.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I found the room smaller than I’m used to, but that’s different from the US and it was very nice for a small town. The hotel itself was very nice too.

The meals were cooked fresh at the restaurant, and the staff were amazing, always keen to help. The rooms are simple but fine for the price. The town is tiny and remote.
