It's a quiet, safe neighborhood, and everything is super close. The owner was very kind and let us leave our car on the property for a few hours on departure day. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with renovated bathrooms. It's a fantastic place to stay with children and others too. You don't have to book Saturday to Saturday like at some resorts. We recommend it.

The beach is only 250 meters away, with everything else you need nearby. Parking is available, and the train station is also just a 10-minute walk. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious, with a large comfortable bathroom. It came with mosquito nets on all windows, a refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, and a TV. The guesthouse was easy and safe to access no matter what time we arrived. There was a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff, with lots of freedom, peace, and relaxation. Reasonable price. No complaints or complaints. We had a great time, recommend it, and will definitely return.

The rooms are well maintained, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. Shops, polo, frog, lots of playgrounds, the MOSiR hall, a gym, bowling alley, and climbing wall are nearby. There are also several places to eat near the pier. I recommend it.

I'm changing my rating from three to four stars. Maybe my previous review was too hasty. What was missing? The room was right next to the roof and got hot, and without mosquito nets, the ubiquitous midges would fly in literally seconds after opening the window. Spiders only showed up at night and gently helped with the midges, so maybe that's the idea, I don't know. There wasn't even a small kitchenette for heating things up, cooking, and washing dishes. A communal kitchen would work too. I suggest setting aside barbecue areas within the building and putting out a bench, so people can spend hot evenings outside, not necessarily by the sea.
