The pool area is lovely, the restaurant serves good food, and its staff are very friendly. The ski slope views are also a real plus. But on our second year here, some important things still need work for a hotel claiming four stars. Once again, the lift was out of order for part of our stay, and there’s no Wi-Fi in the public areas. The room also felt worn: the sofa and bedding were tired, the bedding wasn’t crisp white, and the thin mattress on the overused sofa made for an uncomfortable night. In the bathroom, the shelf slid down if we put anything on it, and the sink had no tap, leaving dirty pipes visible. One receptionist also seemed uninterested in helping. We reported three problems, but they were more or less dismissed and not fixed in time. One night, the room had no curtain, which meant no privacy and sunlight at 6 a.m. There’s potential here, but it needs attention.

The location was the one good part of our stay. At best, I’d call this a three-star hotel, and the wellness facilities don’t even reach that level. The old jacuzzi had broken tiles and missing buttons. Restaurant staff were rude and didn’t speak English, or didn’t want to. After breakfast service ended, there was no way to get coffee until the night bar opened at 6 p.m. We went into town for dinner because we didn’t want to deal with the staff. Not recommended, 2/10.

We’ve stayed here several times, and the same team members always remember us and make us feel welcome. The food is fabulous, and the rooms, pool, jacuzzis, and sauna are all great. The hotel is right across from the lift. I’m also a fan of the pool table and lounge.

We really enjoyed our time here. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The food was worth recommending too. The hotel is opposite the ski resort, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy some free time in the beautiful mountains.

The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were kind. There’s plenty here for different kinds of stays, whether you’re with kids or as a couple: a kids’ room, swimming pool, wet and dry saunas, salt cavern, and spa. The location is good too, near mountain Jaworzyma. I love this place and would recommend it.
