The only things going for this place are the beach, just a 2-minute walk away, and keyless access. Our tiny room was covered in smudges and needs a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was tragic, with a moldy shower cabin and a toilet placed oddly right under the sink. I can't recommend it.

The staff are very nice and helpful, and there's a supermarket close by. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The seaside is so close, you couldn't ask for better :) I'd come back for a short stay.

The welcome was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. It's clean and perfectly placed for both the beach and the tram.

The location is good, and the price makes sense for that spot. Everything else wasn't good.
