There was no hot water at all for 2+ days. The owner spent the first day telling us to do this and turn that, but nothing helped. A technician came later, and the heating still wasn't fixed. Going without hot water for 2+ days in a place you're paying for is absurd. If you don't mind not showering for a few days, this is the place for you! The rooms had no heating either. They were ice cold, and we needed double blankets to sleep properly. If you don't mind freezing at night, this is the place for you! We told the owner about the hot water straight away. They should have come to help, instead of waiting a full day and then sending someone who didn't fix it. I'd never experienced this before, but I've learned my lesson. Next time, back to a hotel!

I stayed here for a while and had no problems. The hotel was consistently clean, the service was good, and its location made it easy to get to the city center and nearby places. Thanks to the team.

We loved our stay. The room was beautiful and everything else was fine, though they forgot to give us the Wi-Fi details.

Our stay went really well, and the owner kindly let us stay a little past checkout without charging us. That was a big help since our return train left around midnight, and otherwise we would've been walking around with our small children until then. Thank you so much.
