The staff were incredibly helpful, even though our Polish wasn’t very good. One of them found something I’d lost that was very precious to me and sent it overnight without hesitation. I’m so grateful! We stayed four nights in a quiet place, in a clean room that looked recently renovated and was just right for two. We could walk to nearby restaurants and take short Uber rides to the old town. I had a great experience and would book the same place again if I return. You won’t be disappointed.

I paid a deposit of €360, equal to one month’s rent, but never got it back when my contract ended. The administration is very poor: they don’t reply to my emails, and since I live in another country, it’s hard for me to report this to the police. Don’t trust this dormitory. They take your money whenever they can.

It’s a modern, newly built place in a safe area, about a 10-minute drive from the city centre. I’d recommend it.

The apartment smelled unpleasant as soon as we walked in. The TV didn’t work, which I can accept as something that broke, but the dirt was much harder to excuse. The fridge smelled like something had died inside and had mold in it. Dust coated the induction system and remote control so thickly it looked like someone had sprinkled flour over them. The shower cubicle was like the one in the photos. It was a disaster, and you’d need a strong stomach to stay there without feeling sick. Maybe the other apartments are okay, but we were unlucky with ours. Thank goodness we only stayed two nights.
