6/10
The price is reasonable, but the apartment hasn’t been renovated recently and feels a bit far from the center. I’d look for somewhere closer in.
8/10
The location is good, though the apartment needs a few small fixes, like replacing burnt-out bulbs and repairing the broken refrigerator handle.
6/10
There’s no parking space assigned to the apartment, and it’s clear its best days are in the past.
8/10
I had a great stay in the apartment. If the owner adds a few more kitchen utensils, I’d come back.
10/10
It’s close to the historic center, and the apartments have everything you need. Great place.
