The bathroom problems were what spoiled the stay: there was no cold water and the flush was broken, which matters a lot when you're traveling with children. We couldn't agree with the owner about it, either. It's a pity, since we liked the first impression and had hoped to come back, but we won't. I wish the owner showed more humility and respect for customers. The kitchen and bathroom weren't clean: the toilet brush stank, glasses in the cupboard were dirty, cutlery felt sticky, and the kettle was covered in limescale. At least the bedroom was lovely, with soft pillows and wide windowsills that were nice to sit on.

The owner was arrogant about our complaints and mocked them, and we couldn't communicate with her. She doesn't seem to care about guests. The apartment itself may be nice, but there was no hot water and the flush didn't work, which ruined the stay. I wouldn't recommend it. Even for one night, I'd stay somewhere else.

We ended up scrambling to find another place at the last minute, which was stressful and difficult. When we asked to cancel, the owner ridiculed us and made unpleasant comments. I can't recommend this place to anyone who expects reliable service and respect for customers. The trouble started when our check-in information didn't arrive on time, so we had to ask for it ourselves. The owner also blocked my number without explaining why. Then, at the last minute, we learned that we'd been moved from the Rose apartment we booked to Grey. The owner blamed supposed water outages and a neighbor's flooding, but couldn't explain why we hadn't been told earlier. His attitude was arrogant, with no empathy or effort to sort things out. The whole experience was unacceptable.
