The reception has shown complete indifference to complaints, and the staff's attitude toward residents feels disrespectful. No one seems to act on the problem, and loud music goes unchecked. The developer's gym is the main issue: its floor isn't suitable for this use, so every footstep or run carries through the building and causes headaches and real discomfort. It stays open until midnight on weekdays, with people exercising noisily until then, a serious disruption during nighttime quiet hours. Weekends aren't better; although the gym is meant to close by 8:00 PM, the noise carries on. Residents' comfort seems to be ignored, and everyday life is a struggle with the constant noise. If you're after peace and a normal place to relax, stay away.

This was our third time staying in the same place. This time we had an apartment with a sea view, though it's from 1km away. It's close to Biedra and Lidl. The apartment was clean, with bedding and towels provided, and parking was available outdoors or underground depending on what you get. The beach is an easy walk, and so is the stadium for concerts. For the city centre, you need a car or public transport. You can't really be close to both the beach and the centre. We'll probably come back.

We had a great stay and will definitely be back! The apartment was clean, well equipped, and the rental process went smoothly. It was close to the beach and made it easy to get around the whole Tricity area. The building has a sauna, gym, and a terrace with a stunning sea view.

We keep coming back to Mr. Wojciech's apartment for holidays, work trips, and long weekends. It has everything we need, plus a parking space in the underground garage. The Baltica Towers building has excellent transport links to the city centre, and the sea is just a short walk away at the famous Brzeźno beach. We recommend it and will definitely return :)

The beach is only a short walk away, and there's free parking on site. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with a spacious, clean bathroom. Guests also have access to a gym, sauna, and three panoramic terraces.
