Doki 1555 by Grand Apartments

We spent 10 nights in March with our children and paid 2,384 PLN. The apartment was in a new building, nicely decorated with new furniture, and check-in by code was easy and smooth. But the neighboring apartments were being renovated, with drilling and loud music from 7:00 a.m. Noise from music and shouting by neighbors also carried late into the night, leaving us badly sleep-deprived. One night I even had a nosebleed from exhaustion and high blood pressure. I know Lion Apartments can't directly control how neighbors behave at night, but I'm extremely disappointed by how the company treated us after our stay. We paid 2,384 PLN for a stay that was far from satisfactory, and now, instead of showing understanding about the noise, they're contacting me to ask for an extra 100 PLN to wash a pillowcase and pillow. To me, charging a lot for such an inconvenient stay and then emailing over a small laundry fee feels like pressure and shows poor customer service. I won't use Lion Apartments again and can't recommend the company.
