The balcony had lovely evening views, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was thoughtfully designed and well equipped, though it looked a little worn. The cleanliness, however, was appalling. There was hair from previous guests on the floor and headboards, dusty and smudged glass, sand across the floor, sticky dirty switches, and a lot of dust behind the living room curtains. The bedding had been washed but was stained, and the bathroom bin already had rubbish in it. We had to use the vacuum ourselves. We'd said we were coming with a small child, so it was especially unpleasant to touch anything. We arrived late on check-in day and didn't report it then because I suspected no one would answer the phone. We had plans over the next few days and didn't want to spend time waiting for someone to clean what should have been ready before we arrived. This may be down to an employee not doing their job, but it damages the agency's image. We were given a parking card, but the lot outside often had no spaces. We had to wait for someone to leave or use a public lot. We rented the apartment from July 15th to 18th.
