We booked for two people from July 9th to July 14th, but the apartment wasn't really set up for two. There was only a sofa that opened into a bed, and no sheets. The stairs were steep and felt dangerous. At reception, we asked about other options, but the receptionist brushed us off coldly. The apartment was unlivable, so we had to stay in a hotel for the whole visit. We paid a €74 deposit and still haven't received it back. I kindly ask for a refund for the apartment. Thank you.
