Fama Residence

The earplugs came in handy when it got a little noisy at night. Apart from that, our two-night family stay was really comfortable: the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the welcome was warm. We liked the self-service coffee at reception and the complimentary bottled water too. The location worked very well for us. We'd happily come back or recommend it.

We found the hotel comfortable and modern, and the price felt fair for the location. Breakfast was especially good value, with fresh, tasty Polish and continental choices. Check-in was a little impersonal, though, and nobody explained that the city tax had to be paid in cash. Some details, including the restaurant discount, were only written in Polish, which was confusing for non-Polish speakers.

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant too. We were there for three nights starting 17 February 2026, and found the room and bathroom excellent. Though the hotel is on the main pedestrian street, it felt calm and safe, and nights were quiet. The Wi-Fi in room 310 was weak and kept dropping, but it was fine elsewhere. We'd like to return.

We ended up eating at the ground-floor restaurant several times because the food and atmosphere were so good. Hotel Fama Residence is also easy to get around from, with most places nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and everything worked as it should. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. We had a very comfortable stay and would come back.
