Communication with the rental company was smooth and professional, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean and well maintained. Flatbook - Old Town Apartments Szeroka is a great base right in the heart of Gdańsk’s Old Town, with everything within walking distance and the historic center all around you. The double bed is a little small, but that’s minor beside the quality of the stay and the fantastic location. I’d definitely recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Our original apartment had a broken TV and air conditioning that didn’t work. After we reported it, they moved us to a worse unit on Szeroka Street that fell well short of the standard. It had no air conditioning, which I need for health reasons, and the sofa was dirty, flooded and stained. A wardrobe had been left inside. The bathroom was so tiny that even brushing my teeth properly was impossible. Silverfish were all over the floor, and the view from the window was garbage. The apartment was still showing as an active reservation on Booking, which made the whole thing even more absurd. It wasn’t a place to relax, and we left a day early.

Very poor conditions for that kind of money.
