The location is really convenient, and you can park nearby. The rooms are spacious, with clean, neat linens, and the property has been newly refurbished for a more modern and comfortable feel. You can get a good view, though rooms on the lower floors may be noisy at night. Definitely a good serviced apartment.

We chose FLATINFO for a couple of days in Gdansk because we wanted an apartment with a city view, so we could sit with wine and enjoy it in the evening. The listing said "city view," and the person who gave me the keys confirmed that we'd have one. Instead, the windows looked onto bushes and sand, with no city view at all. I was really disappointed and angry. I called the office to complain, but waited almost two hours and they didn't fix anything. I had to call repeatedly because the promised return calls never came. I left feeling deeply disappointed. Renting from FLATINFO was one of the worst experiences I've had.

The room was great, but sunlight came through the large roof window at 05 and disturbed our sleep. The staff said they'd fix it for our 3rd and 4th Night, which was good service, but two nights without proper sleep was still a downside.

The 3-bedroom flat by the channel was okay, but lots of things were wrong: ants in the bedroom, a frozen-up freezer, grass about 30 cm high, no corkscrew, a wet shower floor, and very dirty sofas and balcony furniture.
