I travel a lot, but I won't stay here or recommend it to anyone after this very unpleasant experience with customer service. I contacted the desk more than a week before my reservation date to cancel my paid, non-refundable booking, and they wouldn't hear of it. I guess they were desperate to get any money. After I paid, I also found it difficult to get the key, and the cleaning fee wasn't included in the amount shown before payment. It had been estimated much lower than the final amount. That's no way to keep a customer.

The decor is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the staff are very polite. It's right in the middle of the city, about a 3-minute walk from Neptune's Fountain and 10 minutes on foot from a shopping centre.

This is a residential building where the company sublets apartments, not a hotel. Despite what they say, there’s no concierge or reception.

I highly recommend it. Neptuna Apartments on Tandeta Street are right in the centre of Gdańsk, and underground parking is available. The price for the June long weekend was very favorable. You can use the gym at no extra charge, and arrange access to the jacuzzi and sauna in advance. The landlord is reachable 24/7.
