Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were all great. Our family suite was perfect, spotlessly clean and serviced promptly. The pool was a great extra, especially for the kids. It's a very good hotel in a fantastic location and excellent value for money, so I'd return without hesitation. A couple of small gripes: the shower was handheld only, and the bar felt more like a restaurant where you could get a drink.

A top stay in a smashing hotel. The room was comfy and had a big telly, and the pool, sauna and steam room were brilliant. Great location, plus an awesome breakfast with champagne and maybe a hundred things to choose from.

The location made it easy to get around, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. We also made good use of the pool and spa as a family. Our sixth-floor suite felt luxurious and had plenty of room for four, and breakfast had a great mix of hot, cold, sweet, and savoury food.

We arrived early and had an evening flight after checkout, and reception kindly stored our bags both times. The hotel is right by the old town, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great, breakfast was fabulous, and the pool and spa were lovely too. Would happily recommend it.

The breakfast was very nice, though expensive. The rest didn't feel like a four-star stay: we had to ask for better cleaning, toilet paper, and fresh cups. The AC was really loud, and some of the staff were unfriendly.
