Neither good nor bad.

The room was clean, but very small even though there were three of us, and the whole vibe felt odd. For that price, I expected much better conditions. The place in the photo doesn't match the actual accommodation, and they have two locations where you might be assigned a room. There's no washing machine, although they could easily fit one on the floor. Be careful with personal towels. We hung ours out, and when we left they were gone. We knocked on the door, and the Polish guy said they'd fallen and that he took them. We wondered why he hadn't left them on the chairs. That evening we hung out another towel, and it was gone by morning too.))) The people who took the first towels left that morning. 🫠🫠🫠 Half an hour before we arrived in Gdansk, we got a notification saying the reservation was cancelled. It turned out a 300 zloty payment was required. We could barely get through by phone, but they sorted it out.

The bed was okay, but the headboard had splashes and scratches all over it, so even settling in was unpleasant. The bathroom was worse: the toilet outside was full of feces, and the sink and shower were so dirty that my husband and I went to friends staying at a nearby hotel to shower and brush our teeth. When we emailed about it, they said we could hand over the key so the cleaners could deal with it. With no safe in the room, we weren't comfortable letting strangers in. There was also a strong sewer smell by the entrance that made our eyes sting, and the accommodation was noisy. The TV didn't work, so we couldn't use it to mask the noise. Around 1 a.m. on the night we left, a strange man carrying a wooden baton followed us for about three minutes from the hotel. It seemed like he was following us and might have wanted to rob us.

Getting in touch was almost impossible. You could call for hours without reaching anyone, and we were still 10 hours away from being able to check in when a man told us by phone to leave our luggage in an open, unattended place. The room had plenty of problems too. The TV and hairdryer didn't work, and the damp smell was so strong it stung our eyes. The walls had mold, and the floor took around 24 hours to dry because it was so wet. We had booked for three, but the third bed wasn't made and there were no towels for that person. A complete disaster, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
