The place was clean and really well located, and we got a very good price at the time. The staff were great, kind and extremely helpful, and the service and equipment were outstanding. It reminded me that sometimes you don't need to pay extra just because a place is called a hotel, though you may need to ask separately for an iron and sometimes there's no coffee in the room. Our bed might have been a bit too soft for us. We prefer hard mattresses, though I'm not sure it was the bed's fault.

Happy 7 Hostel was great value, and our apartment was lovely with everything we needed. A slotted spoon would have helped, though. Don't be put off by the outside facade. Karol gave us brilliant service to and from the airport, with great conversation and useful information. The location was perfect, with nice bars and restaurants an easy walk away. We'd definitely recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat.

We paid 90zl for one night in a private room and got a free beer at a pub and breakfast included. The hostel was lovely, quiet, clean and beautiful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and spent time pointing out places around the city on a map. Everything was perfect. We'll come back!

The location was great, the staff were really nice, and both the room and breakfast were very good. Our room faced the street and had two big windows. The only downside was that the shower had no overhead water option.

The price was really good for the location and quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Crane, one of Gdansk's main attractions, is just a three minute walk away.
