We couldn't stay more than a few hours, even though we'd booked three nights. The room was so dirty and unlivable that we left right away and had to find another hotel that same night. There was human feces in the toilet, stains from unknown substances on the towels and sheets, and several bugs in the bed and sofa. It felt like a serious health risk. We contacted Happy Stay immediately to ask for cleaning and heard nothing. When we later asked for a refund, we were told a manager would contact us, but nobody did. We've followed up several times since and still received no help. This was by far our worst hotel experience. The place felt unsafe and falsely advertised, and the lack of customer support made everything worse. If you care about your health, comfort or sanity, avoid it.

The hosts who gave us the key were friendly, but once we messaged about the dirt, nobody replied. We waited a whole day for an answer and still had no response after a week, wasting our time and money. It was our first night in the apartment, which we'd booked after reading the reviews, but we left after a few hours when no one got back to us. The apartment hadn't been cleaned at all. Towels were stained, there was dust everywhere, and the sofa, walls, washing machine and kitchen sink all had stains. The toilet was dirty too. It was also very warm inside and there was no air conditioning. Don't book here, they don't answer or seem to care about their guests.

We stayed in winter 2017 and the place felt warm and cozy. There was plenty of room, the bathroom was great, and the furnishings felt high quality. It was spotless and the location was absolutely fantastic. Really top-notch.

The central location made this a very comfortable stay. The room is set up like a clean, practical studio, with a kitchen that has two burners and the essentials, plus individual portions of coffee and tea. The small bathroom is well supplied with a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo.
