For a night in a hostel, the price is really good. It's especially comfortable if you're travelling with a large group, since you can book entire rooms for your party. The staff speak several languages.

I'm disappointed with your response. I had no interaction or conversation with the staff during my stay, so the accusations are unfounded. My review is about my experience of the hostel, not any personal issue. It would be more useful to respond to the concerns and improve the service than to insult guests.

There were bed bugs in the room. When I confronted him, he denied they were there and said we hadn't shown up, while charging me the full booking amount. The response to this review repeats the same claim. We checked into the room, otherwise I wouldn't have photos of the bed bugs. Denying it and refusing to take responsibility makes me think he hasn't checked for them or cleaned them out.

The bedding was clean and smelled nice, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I also met lots of travellers and other foreigners from around the world.

My room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Staff washed my clothes and even took a loud, drunk guy out of my dorm. The hostel is near the tram line north of the centre, and I recommend it overall. Your experience depends on the other long-term guests sharing the rooms. Bear in mind it's one of the cheapest hostels, so staff can't keep odd guests away when the low price draws them in.
